A Halogen Oven is as an energy efficient and healthy alternative to conventional ovens. It doesnt need pre heating so is quicker to cook with too. It can produce the best crispy bacon I've ever tasted as well as yummy Roast and Baked Potatoes as well as anything else you would cook in a conventional oven. These Roast Potatoes are crispy, garlicky and buttery. They are a great addition to a Roast dinner or a salad. They are small and sweet and don't need par boiling before cooking. If you have just purchased a new HO and aren't sure what to use it for then why not try these and let us know how you got on in the comments below. We love to hear your thoughts x
