Honey & Mustard Chicken baked in the Halogen oven

A creamy and warming dinner

 4 Chicken breasts
 2 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
 2 tbsp Honey
 2 tsp Garlic
 50 ml Chicken stock
 2 pinches Rosemary
 2 tbsp Natural yogurt
 100 g Baby Spinach
 For the Marinade
 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
 1 tsp Garlic chopped
 1 pinch Rosemary
 ½ tsp S&P
 1 tbsp Oil

Place the chicken in a dish. Mix the marinade and spread over the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30mns or longer

Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken

Place in the Halogen, cover with foil and bake at 200° for 30mns
(I added some green beans but wont nxt time as they overcooked)

Remove the foil and continue baking for 20mns then add 2 -3 handfuls of baby spinach

Add the yoghurt and stir through. Season if needed

serve with mash or roast potatoes and veg
