Easy Jam Muffins

I fancied something sweet for my afternoon cuppa so today I've made Jam Muffins as I have a ridiculous amount of jam but not much else in the way of filling. This is a super quick easy recipe that can be whipped up in no time. Its great if like me, your wanting an afternoon treat as they are lovely on their own or with custard, but they are also good to pop into a packed lunch box or a picnic box.
I don't add icing but you could if you prefer.
I've used Jam but you could swap it for chocolate spread or chips, lemon curd etc.
Why not give these a try and let us know how you get on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback. E x
