Kofta Kebabs

Grilled kofta (or kefta) kebabs are skewers of ground beef and lamb mixed with fresh parsley, onions, garlic and warming spices. They are great for lunches, picnics or a Fakeaway dinnertime feast accompanied by homemade flatbreads (recipe on the website), salad, tzatziki or your own favourite dressing. I've paired it back a little as I didn't have all the spices available but you can add more if you prefer as its very versatile. You can tailor this recipe to suit you and your families tastes adding or substituting whatever meat, herbs or spices you like. Why not give this a try and let us know how you got on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback x
