Super easy and tasty 3 ingredient scones
Preheat the oven to 220c GM 8
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the cream and lemonade
Stir until just mixed - don’t over stir or scones will be heavy
Tip onto a lightly floured surface
Knead only 3 times
Pat dough until 1 inch thick
Cut circles out and place on baking paper on an oven tray
Keep combining dough and patting out again until none left
Cool for 12-15 minutes until risen and golden on top
