Heat oven to 150C
Line a baking tray with greaseproof
Make sure your mixing bowl is really clean and grease free
Put the egg whites into a bowl and whisk to stiff peaks
Add in the sugar a spoonful at a time , whisking after each addition
You want a thick glossy mix
Separate the mix into 2 or 3 bowls ( depending on how many colours you are using)
Add a drop of colour to the bowls and stir the colour through
Put mix into a piping bag fitted with a small nozzle
Pipe small swirls of each colour ( or just a tspn on the tray if you don't have a piping bag )
Leave room between them . You don't want them touching
Bake for 45-60 minutes
Cool on the tray for about 10 minutes then put onto a rack
You can dip the bases in melted chocolate and then 100's 1000's if liked
