Simple supper of thinly sliced potato and onions layered with cheese on top. Its a i have 6/7/8 etc potatoes left kind of tea.

 potatoes (not sure how many)
 Onions 1-2 depending on size
 milk about 100ml
 Cheese. 250g at a guess .

1. Heat oven to 220

2. Thinly slice potatoes. Peal if you want dont if you cannot be bothered. Does not effect dish at all.

3. Thinly slice the onions .

4. Get a deep casserole dish and start with a layer of potatoe then onion. Keep goimg till you run out but end with a layer of potato.

5. Add enough milk to cover the first layer of potato and onions.

6. Cook for 30/40 mins tgen take out and add a good layer of grated cheese and cook for 10-15 mims more.
