Pork Loin Traybake
Ingredients
2 Loin chops per person
3 Red onions quartered
1 Green pepper chunked
1 Red pepper chunked
Baby carrots chunked
New potatoes halved
Punnet cherry tomatoes
4 Garlic cloves sliced
Oil or frylight
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Paprika
Directions
Par boil the potatoes and carrots until softening
Heat oven to 180c
Drain the carrots and onions
Add all the veg to a roasting tray and mix up . Spray with oil add all the seasoning and toss together
Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes
Remove from the oven ,stir the veg add the seasoned chops on top and return to the oven for 10 minutes, turn chops over cook for 5 more minures
Serve with a side of veg
Or cook in an air fryer at 190c for 25 minutes
