Season this to your taste
Put the oil in a hot frying pan
Add the meat and 1/2 the paprika
Stir fry to seal the meat for about 3-4 minutes , keep the meat moving
Remove meat from the pan and put on a plate
Add the butter to the pan and fry the onion until soft
Add the mushrooms and remaining paprika and cook for another couple of minutes
Add the pork back to the mixture and stir
Now add the soured cream , a good dash of lemon juice and the parsley
Let everything warm through ( 3-5 mins ) and serve
