pressure cooker macaroni cheese

Quick mac n cheese in the pressure cooker. And yes I just used any old pasta shapes as macaroni is usually more expensive!

 450 g pasta
 800 ml water
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp mustard
 ½ tsp paprika
 2 tbsp butter
 200 ml milk
 200 g extra mature cheddar cheese
 black pepper to taste

Add the pasta to your pressure cooker with the water, salt and mustard. Close the lid and make sure pressure valve is sealed. Set on high for 4 minutes

Once the time is up release the pressure valve immediately. open the lid and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until everything haas combined. If you have a sear / saute button on your pressure cooker you may want to put that on while you do this.

Add black pepper to taste

If you have a ninja foodi you may want to sprinkle with cheese and / or breadcrumbs and put the crisping lid on for a couple of minutes
