A quick and simple dinner that's full of flavour
Poach your salmon- recipe on the website - then set aside and cover with foil to keep warm
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and add your spaghetti
Cook for 10 mns
Then drain ,keeping a little of the water aside
Put the pan back on a low heat,add the garlic,dill and spinach and stir it through to allow it to wilt
Add the cream cheese and stir then add a little of the pasta water to loosen the spaghetti off
Season with pepper and divide between 2 bowls.
Place the warm salmon on top ,drizzle over the lemon juice and serve with crusty or garlic bread
Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze or sweet chilli sauce to the salmon to add another depth of flavour.
Swap the spaghetti for tagliatelle if you like it.

I cooked this recipe last night, I used frozen spinach & peas. It was extremely delicious 😋 & I shall be making again.
