Salt and vinegar potatoes
Ingredients
1 Packet of new potatoes
Spray oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
White wine or white balsamic vinegar
Directions
Heat oven to 200c
Put potatoes on to boil cutting any larger ones so they are all a similar size . Boil until fork tender
Drain and air dry for 10 minutes
Put into a baking sheet lightly crush each potato ( use a masher or your hands
Sprinkle each potato with vinegar salt and pepper
Spray with the oil and bake until crispy and golden
Serve
