Quick and easy salt and chilli prawn with spaghetti

 180 g Spaghetti
 150 g Cooked prawns
 1 Onion sliced
 1 Handful of mixed peppers sliced
 1 Chilli-deseeded and chopped finely(option)
 1 Garlic clove chopped
 1 Large handful of Spinach
 100 g Peas(optional)
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Chilli flakes
 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Pepper
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tsp Oil
 4 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
 A handful of chopped tomatoes

Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 8-10mns or until cooked

Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and fry till soft

Add the peppers, chopped garlic and chilli, stir through and fry till soft

Mix the dry spices together. This makes 2 portions so use half and store half for next time.

Sprinkle over a tsp of the seasoning and mix through to ensure that everything is coated.

Add the peas and spinach and stir through allowing the spinach to wilt

Check your pasta-it should now be cooked. Drain and add to the pan of veg

Add the cooked prawns and sprinkle over another teaspoon of seasoning

Stir through and add a few chopped tomatoes and the remaining seasoning

Serve warm with the sweet chilli sauce drizzled on top and a slice of crusty bread

You can heat the chilli sauce if you prefer.
You can add 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes or passata if you prefer more sauce
This works with any pasta
Swap the prawns for chicken if you prefer
