Slow cooked pork chops with warm apple ‘slaw

This was a big hit with my lot! And it was easy and quick!

 1 ½ tsp sage
 1 tsp crushed garlic
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper
 4 pork chops
 2 onions
 2 apples
 ½ white cabbage
 6 carrots
 30 ml cider vinegar
 175 ml chicken stock

marinade the chops in the sage, garlic, salt and pepper and leave to stand at room temp for 10 minutes

finely chop or grate your veg and apples

add the veg / apples to the base of the sloe cooker and then pour the cider vinegar and stock. Then sit the pork chops on top.

cook for 2 hours in the slow cooker and then serve
