Steamed salmon with tagliatelle and spinach
Ingredients
1 Salmon fillet per person
100 g Tagliatelle per person
0.25 Bag spinach per person
1 Slice pie f lemon per person
Dill
Salt
Pepper
1 Lemon zest and juice
Creme fraiche
Directions
Sit the salmon in a steamer and cook until just starting to flake
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water
Sit the spinach on the steamer , season and let it wilt
Add enough creme e to suit to a hot pan . Add the lemon juice , mushrooms st with f the zest , a little chopped dill and plenty of black pepper
Add in the spinach and mix well
Drain the pasta .
Divide between the plates top with the spinach , sit the salmon on top with a grind of dill and a slice of lemon . Scatter over remaining zest
