Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders

A wee change from chicken nuggets

 1 Chicken Breast
 100 g Crunchy Nut Cornflakes
 200 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce

Slice the chicken breast diagonally into strips

Put your cornflakes into a food bag and crush them into small crumbs and place them in a bowl. Pour the chill sauce into another bowl

Put the chicken in the sauce and turn it over till its coated

Transfer to the cornflakes and again turn till its coated

Place on a baking sheet and repeat till all the chicken is covered

Bake in the oven at 180°for 15 mns

Remove from the oven and cover with the remaining sauce. Place back in the oven and bake for 10mns

Serve in a wrap with salad or on it's own with a garlic mayo dip

I got 8 strips from this. Tip-allow chicken to cool before turning over and the coating wont fall off. The same when your applying the 2nd coating of sauce.
Any cornflakes can be used or even breadcrumbs
