 225g marg
 225g s/r flour
 225g caster sugar
 4 eggs
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Pre heat oven to 180

Line 2 8inch sandwich tins.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix till its all combined. Do not over mix

Devide between two tins and bake for 30 mins

After 20 mins check by sticking a knife in . If it comes out clean its cooked .

Take out oven give them 5 mins in tin then cool on a wire rack .

Use any filling you want. Traditionally its strawberries and whipped cream. But come on lets have fun.
