Christmas pudding scones

  • 175g self raising flour
  • 50g marg
  • 75ml (5tbsp) milk
  • About 70/100g Christmas pudding finely chopped


Step 1

Pretty heat oven to 180dg. Line a baking tray with baking paper

Step 2

Rub flour and marg / butter till you get breadcrumb texture

Step 3

Add the Christmas pudding then mix with hands so all of it is mixed in well

Step 4

Add the milk and bring it together. Start with a knife then use fingers. Once together place on a floured workbench

Step 5

Roll out to the thickness of a £1 coin and use any cutters you want.

Step 6

Once all dough used up and on tgey tray brush with beaten egg or milk and bake for 10-15 mins depending on how big the cutter was.

Step 7

Note....mine did not rise. Don't k ow why but I cannot get them to so I just go with the flow. Lol
