Dump Bag Shepards pie

Yields1 Serving
 200g beef
 100g lentils
 1 onion chopped
 2 carrots chopped ( i used 2 handfulls of frozen)
 100g swede chopped (i used 2 handfulls of frozen)
 400g tin tomatoes
 2 cloves of garlic chopped/diced
 1/4tsp cinnoman
 some finly choppedrosemary leafs
 200ml stock (any)
 1kg mash potatoes (sweet or white)

add everything to a freezer bag apart from the stock and mash. freeze.

defrost bag the add to slow cooker and add stock and cook for 4hrs high or 6 hrs low.

move to a oven dish and add the mash or serve mash on the side.

any leftovers can be frozen for another day.

I did not brown my meat of as I used extra lean mince and I know it gives of none to very little fat. if not using that then you can fry off.
