Banana Custard

Yields1 Serving
 2-4 bananas ( nice and ripe )
 3 egg yolks
 Sugar to taste ( I used 2 tblspns )
 1 tblspn cornflour
 A little vanilla extract
 1 pint of milk ( or milk and cream or even just cream but use double )

Mix the egg yolks, sugar and cornflour in a bowl

Heat the milk and vanilla in a saucepan until warmed through but not boiling

Pour the warmed milk over the egg mix .. Whisking constantly

Pour the mix back into the pan and bring to a boil slowly

When it's boiled take off the heat and keep stirring until thickened

Pour into a bowl and add sliced bananas
