Banana Ice Cream

8 very ripe bananas

Cream , yoghurt or coconut milk ( optional )

Toffee sauce to serve


1Peel and slice the bananas

2Lay on a tray or plate

3Put into the freezer

4When frozen solid put into a food processor and whizz together

5Add a little cream , yoghurt or coconut milk to the mix for a creamier texture

6Serve immediately topped with toffee sauce
