Beef Ribs In BBQ glaze

Yields1 Serving
 4 beef ribs ( get your butcher to cut them in half
 Salt and pepper
 4oz tomato ketchup
 2 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
 1 tblspn cider vinegar
 1 garlic clove ( crushed or finely chopped)
 1/4 tspn salt
 1/4tspn mustard powder
 Dash of tobasco
 2 tblspns dark soft brown sugar

Season the ribs with salt and pepper

Put all other ingredients into a pan

Heat gently stirring until the sugar is disolved

Allow to simmer for 5 minutes then let cool

Put the ribs in the slow cooker

Brush the ribs with sauce and cook for 6 - 8 hours on low

Serve with corn on the cob and wedges
