Black bean Sauce

2 tblspn a back beans rinsed and soaked for 30 minutes

2 cloves of garlic minced

1 tblspn soy sauce

1 tspn oyster sauce

2 tspn cornflour

1 tspn sugar

2/3 cup chicken stock


1Mash down the beans

2Mix all the ingredients together

3Add this sauce to your wok fried meat and vegetables

4When thickened it is ready to serve

5Fermented black beans are available in Chinese supermarkets . They need a goo rinse and a 30 minute soak in cold water
