One egg yolk Salt and pepper to season Breadcrumbs 1 egg beaten Directions 1Steam the cauliflour until tender 2Once cooked add to food processor until you have a purée 3Add the flour, cheese, egg yolk and season and refrigerate for an hour at least. (You can try without this but the Colder the easier to make) 4Form into desired shape and dip in egg and breadcrumbs 5Cook - either shallow fry, turning to ensure golden all over or Bake sprayed with some cooking oil.
