Cauliflour Tots

Great little snacks or as a meal accompaniment

  • Yields: Makes about 20


Half a large cauliflour

Half a cup of flour

A cup of Parmesan or cheddar (you can add less, 1/2 a cup of you like) I like ours super cheesy!

One egg yolk

Salt and pepper to season


1 egg beaten


1Steam the cauliflour until tender

2Once cooked add to food processor until you have a purée

3Add the flour, cheese, egg yolk and season and refrigerate for an hour at least. (You can try without this but the Colder the easier to make)

4Form into desired shape and dip in egg and breadcrumbs

5Cook - either shallow fry, turning to ensure golden all over or Bake sprayed with some cooking oil. Bake on 200 until crisp and golden
