Cheese (x3) Pasta Bake

Cheesy pasta gooeyness

300g x Pasta

100g x Sundried tomatoe's

100g x frozen spinach thawed and drained

75g cream cheese

100g x mature cheddar

100g x red Leicester

100g x mozzerella

1 x garlic clove

Salt & Pepper


1Boil the Pasta then drain.

2In a small pan add the cream cheese

32 ladlefuls of pasta water

4Grated garlic

51/2 of the cheeses and mix well. till a smooth sauce is created.

6Add the cooked pasta to an ovenproof dish

7Stir in the sauce

8Add the tomatoes and spinach

9Mix well

10Season with S&P

11Cover with the remaining cheese

12Place in oven

13Bake at 180° for 30 mins
