Chicken Pesto Pasta

Make with any pasta shapes you like

 350g pasta
 225g frozen peas
 Leftover cooked chicken chopped or 2 cooked chicken fillets, chopped
 200g creme fraiche
 4 tablespoons pesto sauce
 fresh basil leaves
 A few Parmesan shavings
 Black pepper

Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water according the packet instructions.

Add frozen peas for the last 3 tminutes of cooking time.

Drain well and return to the pan along with a little of the pasta water

Stir in the cooked chicken, creme fraiche and pesto

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until piping hot

Serve topped with Parmesan shavings and black pepper

Finish with basil leaves
