Chinese Style Chicken Curry

2 large chicken breast chopped

2 large onions each cut into 8

Handful or 2 of frozen peas

Sliced mushrooms ( optional)

Goldfish curry paste made up with water


1Poach the chicken in chicken stock

2Remove from the stock and put on a plate

3Add the onions to the stock and bring to the boil

4Turn down and simmer for a bout 5 minutes

5Add the peas for last 2 minutes

6Make up the curry paste

7Add the chicken , onions , peas and mushrooms of using

8Heat over a low heat for 10 minutes , if it gets too thick let it down with some sort f the stock

9Serve with rice and prawn crackers
