Cinnamon French Toast with berries and maple syrup

A nice change to toast

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Cook: 5 mins


1-2 slices Of thick bread or brioche per person

4 beaten eggs

1-2 tspns cinnamon

Berries maple syrup



1Mix the eggs with the cinnamon

2Dip the bread in the eggy mix

3Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat

4Fry the bread on both sides until golden and risen

5Serve with berries and maple syrup

Really nice with crispy streaky bacon too
