Crisps

Fancy some crisps but none in the house ? If you have a potato and a microwave fear not you can have the crisps

Ingredients

Potato

Directions

1Peel your potatoes

2Slice very thinly ( a mandolin would be great to do this but just slice as thinly as you can )

3Soak the slices in cold water for 5 minutes or run under cold water until water runs clear

4Drain and dry really well

5Lay 2 sheets of kitchen towel on a plate

6Place slices of the potato on to the kitchen towel do not overlap them

7Put in a microwave and cook in 2 minute bursts until crisp and golden

8Season with your favourite seasoning . I used paprika
