Fish nuggets in light coating

Lighter then breadcrumbs or batter
Look in the reduced corner for loin as it's often reduced

Ingredients

2 pieces of white fish loins , cut into cubes

2 tblspn plain flour

1 tblspn lemon pepper

1 tspn salt

Directions

1Heat oven to 190c

2Mix the flour , salt and pepper together put in a shallow dish

3Toss the fish in the seasoned flour

4Sit on a baking tray

5Spray lightly with oil

6Cook for about 10 minutes

You could add some dried dill to this if liked
