Onion Bhaji

These go well with most Indian dishes 


2 eggs

2-3 onions , thinly sliced

1 tspn ground ground coriander

1 tspn cumin seeds

4oz plain or gram flour

Oil to fry


1Whisk the eggs in a bowl

2Add the onions

3Stir to coat in the egg

4Add in the coriander and cumin

5Add the flour and mix well

6Heat a little oil in a large frying pan

7Put spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan

8Fry for about 1 minute

9Turn over and fry again until coloured

10Drain on kitchen towel

11Add more oil if needed and fry the remaining mixture

12Serve as a starter or with your meal
