Quick Sage and Onion Stuffing

Try making your own and add your favourite herbs and spices


1 large onion

250g fresh breadcrumbs

50g butter

1 tbsp fresh chopped sage

Salt and pepper


1Grate or chop the onion

2Melt the butter in a saucepan

3Add the onion and sautéed for about 5 mins

4add in the breadcrumbs , stir until combined

5add the chopped sage

6Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes

7Season to taste

8put into a greased oven proof dish

9Heat oven to 180c

10Dot the top of stuffing with butter

11Cook for 10-15 minutes
