A few spoonfuls 2-3 roasted red peppers Finely grated cheddar- to taste Crumbled feta cheese 1 egg per person Salt and pepper A couple of spring onions or salad me chopped chives Directions 1Make a foil ring or use the ring from a loose bottomed cake tin and sit on a lined baking sheet 2Layer the filo butter between each slice .
