Make them like the photo for an Easter breakfast
- Prep: 5 mins
- Cook: 5 mins
- Yields: About 6 pancakes
1Sieve the flour and sugar into a bowl
2Add egg and whisk into sugar and flour.
3Gradually add splashes of milk and whisk
4 You want a relatively thick, smooth batter, about the same consistancy as double cream
5Moisten a paper towel with vegetable oil and then use this to grease a thick based frying pan .
6Put the pan on the hob when it is hot, ladle in some of the batter
7As it starts to bubble on the surface , turn over the pancake .
These can be served warm or cold spread with butter
