Tempura Batter

3oz plain flour

1 tblspn corn flour

1/2 tspn sea salt

7 fl oz ICE COLD sparkling water

Vegetables , Fish of your choice

Oil to fry


1Heat the oil in a large pan

2Chop your vegetables or fish

3Mix the flours and salt in a bowl

4Whisk in the water

5You want it mixed but not over worked

6Deep the vegetables/ fish in the batter,

7Remove and fry

8Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a dipping sauce
