Teriyaki Salmon with Orzo

1 salmon fillet per person

320g orzo

2-3 cloves of garlic minced

1 red pepper diced

4 handfuls of prepared kale

2 tblspns olive oil

75g grated Parmesan

A little soy sauce

Teriyaki sauce


1Heat grill

2Cook orzo in boiling salted water for about 6-7 minutes

3Dip each salmon fillet in soy sauce

4Put salmon under the grill , skin side up , grill for 6-7 minutes

5Steam the kale over the orzo

6Heat the oil in a large pan , add the garlic and diced pepper

7Sauté for 3 minutes

8Strain the orzo , add to the garlic and pepper , combine

9Stir through the Parmesan , add the kale . Mix well

10Pour the teriyaki over the salmon

11Tip the orzo with the salmon and serve
