Prep: 20 mins Cook: 15 mins Yields: 8 rolls Ingredients 4 spring onions 1 red pepper 1 carrot Left over shredded turkey 1 garlic clove 1 inch fresh ginger 50g bean sprouts 1tspn soy sauce 0.5tspn Chinese 5 spice 1tblspn olive oil 8 filo pastry sheets Directions 1Preheat oven to 190c 2Thinly slice the spring onions, pepper, carrot 3Finely chop the garlic and ginger 4Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and saute the spring onions, garlic and ginger , take care not to burn it 5Add the sliced vegetables, bean sprouts 6Stir-fry for a few minutes on a medium heat until the vegetables are softening 7Add in the shredded turkey and combine 8Add the soy sauce, bean sprouts and 5 spice and stir fry for a few minutes longer - remove from the heat 9Lay out a filo sheet and spoon in some of the stir-fry mix across the shorter length of the sheet, leaving about 1 inch from the top and leaving an inch on either side 10Fold in the 1 inch of the sides of the filo sheet and then fold down the 1 inch at the top, you should now be able to gently roll the stir fry in the pastry to form a sausage shape 11Very lightly moisten the end of the sheet with water before tucking it under and lay the roll, seam side down on a lightly greased baking tray 12Do this until all the stir fry mixture has been used 13Brush them sparingly with olive oil, and place in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes or until the rolls are lightly golden and pastry is crispy 14Serve with a dipping sauceUse cooked beef or chicken or duck or raw pork mince and cook with the veg .
