Vegetable Peel chips

Make something tasty with what would often end in the bin

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 10 mins


Vegetable peelings ( potatoes , carrots , parsnips etc)

1 tblspn olive oil

Flavouring :

Salt and pepper

Or cumin

Or garlic salt

Or Indian 5 spice


1Heat oven to 200c

2Mix all the peel in a bowl

3Add oil and seasoning

4Coat well

5Spread out on a baking sheet

6Cook for 6-10 minutes

7Mind it doesn't burn

8Serve w

9Sprinkled with chopped parsley or chives
