Beans (not Heinz)
Lentils
Tofu
I liked fried tofu

Cook as required.  I used rice noodles

I had beetroot, sweetcorn and fried pok choi.
Its up to you

I added a sweet chilli dressing onto mine. I did not add seeds or fresh herbs cos i had none.
