00Smoked Haddock ChowderA lot of people worry that they can't do a chowder because its complicated with lots of fancy ingredients but really its just a potato and leek soup with added sweetcorn and smoked fish. I used undyed Smoked Haddock as its so much nicer than the dyed one, but if thats all you get then its fine.to use. This us such a filling soup and I'm sure your family will enjoy and ask for often. 00Garlic Butter SpaghettiNormally, we focus on meals for families, but occasionally, we get asked for meals to suit 1 person. This is my favourite 1 portion meal that is ready in under 15 minutes, and can be as simple or as complex as you want. It can be adjusted to feed as many as you wish and adapted to use whatever you have in the fridge at the time. My favourite optional extra is King Prawns if I get them reduced. Eve x
