Black Pudding Tarts with Goats cheese and onion relish

A lunchtime treat

 1 Ready rolled Puff Pastry
 4 Black pudding slices
 150 g Goats cheese
 4 tsp Onion relish
 1 Egg

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares

Mark a smaller square inside the pastry about 1cm from the edge so you get a rim then prick the inside with a fork to prevent it from rising

Break the egg and mix then spread the egg wash over the edges of the pastry

Bake in the oven for 15mns at 200°

Fry the black pudding for 3 mns on each side.

Assemble the tart- remove pastry from the oven. Crumble the Goat's cheese over,top with black pudding, a little more cheese then a tsp of relish

Serve with a side salad

Tip- drizzle some Balsamic glaze over the tart
Tip- once tart is assembled place under the grill and toast the cheese for 3mns
