Everyone loves chicken pakora right? Now you can make it at home!
Slice your chicken breasts - don't have them more than 3/4 inch thick or they won't cook through. Dust the chicken with the plain flour to make it nice and dry. If it is wet the batter won't stick
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add water to make a thick sticky batter
Heat oil in a pot or fryer until medium / hot
Dip the chicken into the batter and then put it straight into the oil
Fry for about 4 minutes until a deep red brown

Everytime I used to bring pakoras from the market but today I thaught of just giving it a try was a bit scared but I did not know that it could be so easy making it. My kids ate a lot and were really happy. Thank you so much for putting up this post.
