Pie and Mash Style Liquor

An eastenders tradition usually made with the water the eels had been stewed in

 35g curly leaf parsley ( it has to be be curly )
 900ml water
 2 fish stock cubes- 3 if using own brand
 4 tspns cornflour mixed with a little water

Put the parsley in a food processor

Pulse until chopped

Put the water in a pan on the hob and heat

Add the parsley

Once hot add the fish cubes and bring to the boil

Turn down to a simmer

Cook for 10 minutes

Add the cornflour paste and stir well until thickened

Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes

Serve with minced beef and onion pie(s) and mash

Season with vinegar
