A Christmas pudding everyone will enjoy

Melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan.
Add in the marshmallows and stir until they have melted.
Add in your Rice Crispys .
Remove from the heat and stir well.
Once they have cooled a little, spoon a tablespoon of mixture out into your hands and roll into a ball.
Put these on a lined baking tray and then put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Melt your white chocolate
Drizzle a little white chocolate on top of each Christmas pud and top with a holly leaf icing decoration.
Put back in the fridge to firm up for a further 15 minutes.

We made these at the weekend for my eldest daughter’s college Christmas party. Popped in a presentation box, they definitely look the part

Brilliant Penny !! Our Spanish neighbours love my normal chocolate rice crispy cakes. I will do some of these for their New Years Eve party, along with their other faves, mince pies and sausage rolls. I can buy fondant icing in our local Spanish supermarket & then colour it !! Thank you for a different idea

What schools have finished already??? Isn’t that a bit early!
My daughter finished last Friday and my son finished today – they go back on 3rd and 4th Jan though.
That’s fair enough I suppose, our lot don’t get off until this Friday which means plenty of time for shopping without them!
