Slow Cooker Rocky Road Fudge

A sweet treat that's very more-ish

 300 g Value chocolate
 400 g Tin of Condensed milk
 100 g Icing sugar seived
 100 g Biscuits broken
 50 g Mixed fruit
 50 g Marshmallow
 20 g Butter

Add the butter,condensed milk and chocolate to the slow cooker and cook on low till the chocolate has melted

Add the icing sugar and stir well to combine

Turn the cooker to high and stir every 10mns till the mix has thickened -about 80-90mns

Add the biscuit and fruit and stir well then add half the mallows

Line a shallow dish with greaseproof paper

Switch the S. cooker off and Carefully lift out the inner casing from the S.cooker shell.

Pour the mix into the dish and add the remaining mallows pressing them into the mixture

Set the tray aside to cool then score into squares for ease when serving later

Place in the fridge overnight to set.

Cut out the pieces of fudge and store in an airtight container- sprinkle with icing sugar to prevent it sticking together
