Chicken Kiev

Chicken Kiev is a deliciously retro dish which sees flattened chicken breasts breadcrumbed then fried, and finished off in the oven to give a crunchy outer crust but with an oozing core of garlic butter in the centre. It's perfect for a midweek dinner. It's loved by all the family. Why not give this a try and let us know how you got on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback x
