Chicken Kiev

  • 2x Chicken breasts
  • 2x garlic cloves
  • 75gx butter
  • 1x tsp parsley
  • 1x egg
  • 2x tbsp flour
  • 6x tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil
  • Garlic butter

Ingredients

2x Chicken breasts

2x garlic cloves

75gx butter

1x tsp parsley

1x egg

2x tbsp flour

6x tbsp breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil

Garlic butter

Directions

1Chop garlic cloves and add to softened butter along with parsley.Mix well and refrigerate for 15 mns to firm.

2Cut a small pouch in the thickest part chicken breast

3Add garlic butter into pouch and close over.

4Dip into flour.egg and breadcrumbs

5Fry in oil for 3-4 mns and turn gently till both sides are golden

6Transfer to oven and bake for 15mns 180'

7Serve with Cauliflower and brocoli mash and beetroot salad. Seriously yummy.
