Feed your family for about £20 a week. Would use “proper” sausages for sausage/mash, all day breakfast or sausage/chips but do use cheap, frozen sausages from Tesco for casserole or even toad in the hole – good value and not noticeable as cheap! About £1.20 for 20!

I always use sausages from the butcher because I prefer them but you could even use hot dog sausages in this . P

Sounds yummy apart from the cabbage? Sounds more like a hugh breakfast/brunch dish – do you cook it before adding scrambled eggs?

Think my butchers sausages at 4 Oz each may be too much for most people. 8 Oz of sausages is a lot with rest of meal.
