Halloumi Fries

Lovely with a BBQ

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 10 mins

Ingredients

1 pack of halloumi

2 tblspn Plain flour

1tblspn paprika

Oil to fry

Directions

1Mix the flour and paprika

2Cut the halloumi into chips/fries

3Toss the halloumi in the mix -make sure it's well coated

4Heat a little oil in a frying pan

5Fry the halloumi until crispy and golden brown

6Serve
