Salt and chilli chicken

Better than the takeaway!

  • Cook: 30 mins
  • Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 pack instant mash

2 eggs

2 peppers

2 onions

2 carrots

2 chilli's

1TBSP salt

Directions

1Slice your chicken into strips

2Add the salt to the instant mash

3Beat the eggs

4Dip your chicken pieces into the egg

5Then coat in the instant mash

6Lay the chicken on a baking tray

7Cook in the oven at GM 6 200c for 30 minutes

8Whilst that is cooking stir fry your veg and chillies

9Once the chicken is ready add to the wok and stir through

10Serve with rice
