Bean Soup

Ingredients

2 Red onions chopped
1 Stick of celery chopped
1 Tin chopped tomatoes
1 Tin baked beans
1 Tin kidney beans drained
1 Tin taco bean salad drained
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Italian mixed herbs
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Rosemary
1 Veg stock cube
Salt and black pepper
2 Tins hot water
Shredded spinach to taste

Directions

Place all the ingredients except the spinach into your Pressure cooker

Put in the lid and close vent

Set to soup 7 minutes

When finished carefully release the pressure

Serve topped with the shredded spinach which will wilt in the hot soup

TO COOK ON A HOB

Sweat the onions and celery in a little oil until softening

Add in all the other ingredients except the spinach

Cook for 15-20 minutes

Serve sprinkled with the spinach

IF YOU CANT GET TACO BEAN SALAD THEN USE 1 dessertspoon of cayenne pepper in the recipe and use any bean salad
